This creation is credited to my son who wanted macaroni pizza. This recipe is a combination of my two go to recipes: milk alfredo pasta and naan pizza.

I have been using naan as my pizza base for quite a long time. I love the chewy texture and thickness of the naan. For this recipe, I decided to use tiny naan bread since I was unsure how this would turn out.

These actually made the perfect sized pizzas. Spray each naan with a little oil to help it crisp up.

As a tomato base, I just used plain old tomato paste but you can use pizza sauce instead.

You just need to use a small amount on each one.

Make a batch of milk alfredo pasta. I added chopped broccoli with the milk to add some veggies to the dish.

Top each pizza with a generous amount of pasta.

Then I added a slice of cheese on top of each pizza.

Bake in a 450 Degree oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese gets golden brown.

This was surprisingly good. The creamy pasta worked well with the crisp crust.

It was a perfect ratio of carbs and cheese. Yum.

Macaroni Pizza
- 1 cup of milk alfredo pasta
- 6 mini naan bread
- 6 slices of cheese
- half a can of tomato paste
Preheat the oven to 450 Degrees. Line a tray with parchment paper and spray lightly with oil. Spray each naan bread with oil. Spread a thin amount of tomato paste on each naan bread. Scoop a generous amount of pasta on each piece of naan. Then lay one piece of sliced cheese on top. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.
Enjoy
