This is probably one of the easiest recipes that I have made in a long time. This is one of my son’s favorite pastas and we make this at least once a week.

You just need a few simple ingredients: macaroni, milk, butter and chicken bouillon.

First start off by boiling the macaroni in some water. Cook the macaroni for about half its cooking time (about 3-4 minutes.)

Drain the macaroni and pour in 1 cup of milk.

To this add a tablespoon of butter and tsp of chicken bouillon.

Continue boiling the macaroni until the milk has thickened (about 5-10 minutes). If there isn’t enough water liquid and the macaroni doesn’t seemed cooked add a little more water.

The sauce will continue thickening as the pasta cools. Enjoy.

Milk Alfredo Pasta (Easy)
- 1 cup macaroni pasta
- 1 cup milk (I used whole 3.5% milk)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
Boil the macaroni pasta in water for about half its cooking time (about 3-4 minutes). Drain and add to the pot the milk, butter and chicken bouillon. Boil on medium low for about 5-10 minutes until the pasta is fully cooked and the milk thickens. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools. You can thin out the sauce with additional milk or water. Enjoy on its own or as a side dish.
