White Chocolate Pistachio Bark

on

Making white chocolate bark is a great way to treat someone you love. It looks beautiful, tastes great and is easy. For this recipe, I used white chocolate, pistachios, freeze dried strawberries, lavender and salted cherry blossoms. The green, red and pinks look fantastic against the white chocolate. This recipe also doesn’t have exact measurements for the ingredients because I find that it really depends on your own personal taste.

Begin by chopping the white chocolate into smaller chunks. Chop the pistachios. Put some aside for topping the chocolate. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave. Do this slowly since white chocolate can burn quickly.

Mix in the chopped pistachios into the melted chocolate. Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Decorate the white chocolate with the rest of the pistachio, freeze dried strawberry, lavender and salted cherry blossoms. Use lavender sparingly as the floral taste can be overwhelming.

Place the tray into the fridge and let it set slightly. Take the tray out and then cut into squares. Place back into the fridge and let it completely set. Enjoy!
