This dessert is an easy no bake dessert that isn’t too sweet. I made this kid friendly with no caffeine or alcohol.
Make strawberry compote. Start by finely cutting up 1 – 1 1/2 cups of strawberries. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Mix well and set aside for at least an hour. You can make this mix overnight.

Prepare the marscapone mixture. In a mixing bowl add 250 grams of marscapone cream. Using a hand mixer, blend the mascarpone until smooth. Add 1 cup of whipping cream and 1/4 cup sugar to the bowl. With the hand mixer, beat until the mascarpone and whipping cream become fluffy. This might take a bit of time to combine.

Assembling the tiramisu. After an hour, you may see that the strawberry compote has created a bunch of liquid. This will be used as the syrup for your lady fingers. Start by dipping the lady fingers into the strawberry syrup. Don’t leave them too long in the syrup as they will break down too quickly. You want a quick dip. Layer the dipped lady fingers on the bottom of a glass baking dish. The one I used is roughly 9 inches by 14 inches. Once you get a layer on the bottom, add some cut strawberries from the compote. Add a layer of the marscapone on top. Continue layering until the tray is full. The top layer will be marscapone. Place the tray in the fridge overnight to set.

Decorating. This step should be done the following day and before serving. Using fresh strawberry slices, start layering the strawberries in rows. Alternate the strawberries with a row of raspberries. Continue until the entire surface is covered.
