Cheesy Bacony Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprout. Some hate them, some love them.  I love them, no matter how they are cooked.  I think if you are a hater, you will love these Brussels sprouts because they are cheesy and gooey and the bacon makes them oh so tasty. This is also a great side dish to bring to a potluck.

For this recipe you will need, bacon, Brussels sprouts and Parmesan cheese.

Start by baking the bacon. I used thick sliced bacon but you can use regular cut. Line a baking sheet with some tin foil and lay out the bacon. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.

While the bacon is cooking, prep the brussel sprouts by washing and cleaning them.

Use a food processor with the slicing attachment to shred the Brussels sprouts finely.

Then grate the Parmesan cheese.

Once the bacon is done, save the fat and chop up the bacon into small pieces.

Mix together the bacon fat, Brussels sprouts and cheese. Add pepper. Spread onto the tin foil that you used to bake the bacon.

Bake the Brussels sprouts for about 30 minutes until the Brussels sprouts get soft and start browning.

The thinner you spread the Brussels sprouts the crispier the Brussels sprouts will get.  This is a great side dish!  Cheesy Bacony Brussels Sprouts (large amount)
