Cinnamon French Toast

French toast is a favourite in our house especially after a week of toast. It is an easy way to use up older bread.

In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 2/3 milk, 3 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix until combined.

Heat up a frying pan on medium heat. Dip your bread in the mixture and let it soak for no more than 10 seconds. Soaking more would make the bread too soggy.

Pan fry the toast until golden brown. Enjoy!
