
This is a fresh and tasty dressing that can be used on salad dressings, buddha bowls or even for veggie dips. The best part is that it is easy to make.



This dressing uses 1/3 cup cilantro, 1 juice of a lime, 2 tablespoons of tahini, a pinch of salt and 1/4 cup water.
Begin by coarsely chopping up the cilantro and adding it to a food processor. Add the other ingredients and blend well.

Adjust the thickness of the dressing by adding more water to make it runnier. Season with salt to taste. That’s it! Easy Peasy. Enjoy.
