This is an easy oven baked BBQ pork rib recipe. I like to do this when I have a good chunk of time right before dinner. First start by placing the pork rib on a sheet of aluminum foil. You will need a large enough piece to wrap the entire rib. This will help keep the ribs juicy.
While seasoning the ribs with salt and pepper, heat oven up to 300 degrees F. You want to make sure the ribs cook at a low temperature, this will make them tender and fall off the bone delicious.
Bake the ribs for about 2 hours at this low heat. The slow and low heat will break down the tough connective tissues. The longer the meat can cook, the more tender it will get.
After 2 hours, start basting the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce. Make sure you cover both sides with a generous amount of sauce. Leave the ribs unwrapped and bake for another 20 minutes. Add another generous layer of BBQ sauce and bake for 10 more minutes.
After 2 1/2 hours of baking, the ribs have become fall off the bone tender. The BBQ sauce should have thickened and created a sticky sweet layer. Cut ribs into smaller pieces and serve with a side of mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini!! Enjoy 🙂
