I found my new refreshing summer drink. I love it because you can change it to your liking and I love blueberries.

I used fresh blueberries to make my blueberry milk but this would probably work with frozen as well and you could probably end up making a slushy drink.

Puree the blueberries as smooth as you can get them.

To this add some condensed milk. You can always add more later if you like your drink sweeter.

Then blend in the milk. To make this dairy free, replace with milk alternatives of your liking.

You can serve the milk on its own or over some crushed ice.

To this, you can add 1/4 cup matcha tea. Add more or less matcha if you want. I have seen some pictures of this where the matcha and blueberry form perfect layers, but I couldn’t do it.

Or alternatively, you can add espresso to this.

Either way, both of these make great summer drinks.
