This is a simple grilling glaze that can be used to flavor meats or vegetables. It is tangy and sweet and works well for creating a nice brown crust.

Some of these ingredients may be a little more challenging to get but I think this recipe is very forgiving and can be adapted in many ways. For this recipe, you will need garlic, oil (I used Sunflower Oil), Pomegranate molasses (I used Pomegranate juice concentrate), Zaatar spice, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.

In a measuring cup, mix all of your ingredients in.

For the garlic, use a micro plane to get it as fine as you can. This helps it from burning.

Mix ingredients well.

Pour in a jar or bottle and add in your oil.

Shake well before using. I found that the ingredients settled and I had to stir it before putting it on my chicken.

You can use this on any meat or veggies. Just toss and bake/grill as normal. It gives the meat a nice sweet, tangy, herby taste. Since there was no salt added then you can add your own to taste or brine your meat.
I used this grilling glaze on some chicken. I tossed it in some glaze and baked it for 45 minutes in my oven at air fryer setting (450 degrees). Hope you enjoy!

Recipe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjxoKWI5zPI
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Pomegranate Molasses
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp Zaatar
- 2 garlic cloves (use a micro plane to make it super fine)

Measure out and mix together all the ingredients. You can mix this in a bottle or jar and store in your fridge for a week or two. There is no need to marinade the meat, you just need to toss and bake as usual.
