Garlic Oil Pasta

This is a super easy weekday meal that you can throw together when you just don’t have time to cook. In order to make this recipe, you will need some garlic confit and garlic oil.

The recipe for garlic confit is super easy, so if you haven’t seen my post on it, check it out. Garlic Confit and Garlic Oil

Heat up some salted water and cook pasta of your choice. I made about 4 -5 servings of spaghetti. Take about 1/4 cup of oil and garlic cloves.

Smash the garlic cloves to make a rough paste.

To this, you can add some spinach and heat on low to wilt.

You can turn off the heat when the spinach is wilted.

Toss in your pasta with a little pasta water to help keep the pasta loose. Add some pepper to taste and enjoy! This dish is perfect on its own or as a side dish.

Garlic Oil Pasta

Salt some water and prepare your pasta as directed on package.

In a pan, pour about 1/4 cup of garlic confit and oil. Smash the cloves to create a paste. (You can add more after adding the pasta if you want more of a garlic taste.)

Slowly heat up the garlic and oil. Add in your spinach, tear up your spinach to make the pieces smaller. Wilt spinach and turn off the heat.

Add in cooked pasta and toss.

Enjoy.
