Fennel is such a wonderful vegetable that can be eaten raw or cooked. This is an easy way to prepare fennel and makes a perfect side dish for your dinner.
To make this dish, take a fennel bulb and slice it. Coat the slices with a good amount of olive oil and a dash of salt and pepper. Then you want to sprinkle a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese on all of it.
Bake the fennel in a 375 degree C oven for about 45 minutes or until tender.
Its an easy dish to make since the carrots and chicken can be baked alongside the fennel. Serve hot and enjoy!
