Now I’m not a huge beer fan (and yes I’ve had my fair share of different types) but I enjoy cooking with it. I was recently given a growler of beer. Not knowing what to do with all of it and knowing that growlers do not last very long, I decided to make some beer bbq sauce.
BBQ sauce has always been in my fridge. Its an easy sauce to put on chicken, steak and have as a dipping sauce. This recipe is really easy but a little on the sweet side. Start by dicing up 1/4 cup onion. Add this to the sauce pan.
Once the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and let it cool. Store in a container or use on your next BBQ sauce recipe! Enjoy!For more recipes check out the rest of our blog!
