Coconut Oil Chocolates

Coconut oil is the best!  It is so good for you.  The lauric acid in the coconut oil helps to fight bacteria, viruses and fungus. It also helps you fight Candida yeast.  It is wonderful for your skin and hair. This recipe is super easy and will impress your friends.  All you need is coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla and honey. You can add other things in it like almonds, cayenne powder, shredded coconut or other nuts.

Stir well to mix.  Taste the mixture to see if you need to add more honey. Finally add in nuts for an extra crunch.  I added cayenne powder to the mixture for a nice spicy kick.

Line your container with plastic wrap. I used cake pop molds for this recipe, but you can use any tray.  The chocolates can be cut after it hardens.  Place the tray in the fridge for a couple of hours until the chocolate hardens.
