Apple Pancakes

I’m always coming up with new ways to add a bit of extra fruits and veggies in our meals. This recipe gives the pancakes a nice sweet taste without adding too much sugar.

Grate a medium apple and put it in the mixing bowl.

Add 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 1/2 tbsp baking soda, 1 cup milk and a pinch of salt to the bowl.

Mix everything together.

Heat a well greased pan and cook the pancakes until they are nice and golden.

Enjoy with maple syrup or a dollop of whipped cream!
