I love going to a Korean restaurant and getting Gamja Jorim as one of the sides. I also found out that my kiddo loves this potato dish so I decided to give it a shot.

Begin by peeling and dicing the potatoes into cubes. Heat up a pan on medium, add some oil and then the potatoes. Let the potatoes cook for about 10 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, mix together the 1/2 cup water, 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp corn syrup, 1 1/2 tbsp white sugar, and 1 tbsp grated garlic.

Simmer for another 10 minutes until potatoes are cooked and the sauce is thickened.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy as a side dish!
