Try this recipe on days when you are really lazy and there is nothing really in the fridge except a wheel of brie. I’m tempted to remake this recipe with even more brie next time.



Add 1/4 cup of white vinegar and 4 tablespoons of milk to a pan.
Chop up the brie and add it to the frying pan. Don’t worry about the rind, it will mix in and you will not notice it.

Turn the stove to medium heat and slowly melt the vinegar and brie.
While this is cooking, fill a pot of water, add salt and boil. Cook the pasta according to the back of the pasta box. This will usually take about 10 minutes.
Stir the brie until it incorporated with the vinegar and milk. When the brie is melted, add the parmesan cheese. This will make a creamy sauce.

Add the cooked pasta and mix. Serve right away with a sprinkle of parsley. Enjoy!
