We have become addicted to cumin in my household and use it on chicken, roasted veggies and also in this dish. Lamb and cumin work so wonderfully together. Cumin brings out the meaty game-y flavours of the lamb.

To make this dish, prepare the lamb by cutting it into cubes. Finely mince 4-5 cloves of garlic.
In a frying pan on medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the lamb and the garlic. Add 2 tablespoons of cumin powder and hot chili sauce to the pan. You can add as much chili sauce as you want. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

While the lamb is cooking, cook 1/2 pounds of noodles. I love using dried pulled/cut noodles.

When the lamb is ready, add the noodles to the pan. Sprinkle with the green onion and plate.
Garnish with fresh cucumber slices and cilantro.
Enjoy!!
