This is a super easy recipe when you want a sweet treat or need a quick sweet to bring over for a holiday party.
All you need are two ingredients: avocado and dark chocolate chips.
Make sure your avocado is nice and ripe. Mash one avocado until it is nice and smooth. You can use a food processor to help you out.
In the microwave, melt one cup of dark chocolate chips. Add this to your avocado and mix well.
Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Then rolls into small balls.
Coat these balls in cocoa powder or make them fancy by rolling in nuts, sprinkles, or shredded coconut. You can serve right away or keep them in your fridge. They are a great dessert that you can make ahead of time. Enjoy.
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Cocoa powder (or crushed nuts, sprinkles, shredded coconut)
