Oven Roasted Cabbage Wedges

Someone mentioned to me that their favourite way to eat cabbage was to slice them and BBQ them. I was a little lazy to pull out my BBQ so I decided to bake them in the oven instead.

Take your head of cabbage and slice them into wedges. Leave the stem so that it holds your pieces together.

For the seasoning, you will need some canola oil, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Thats it! Simple and delicious.

Brush each cabbage wedge with the seasoning. Make sure to coat both sides. Bake on a tray lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Bake in  preheated oven at 425 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes or until the wedges are soft and nicely browned.

These wedges are delicious with any meal. Enjoy!
