Parmesan Green Beans

A couple days ago, I made an easy recipe that my kid loves. It was so simple that it was great for a weekday dinner.

One thing I do recommend is getting some nice and young green beans. I think mine were a little old so they were a little chewy. The recipe I followed said you can use frozen, but I haven’t tried frozen yet.  The ingredients you need are garlic powder, pepper, Parmesan and green beans.Wash and clean the beans.  You can leave them long or break them into smaller pieces.  Mix in garlic powder and pepper and a little oil.

Spread the beans onto a baking tray.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Enjoy as a side or even as a snack.

Parmesan Green Beans

Recipe inspiration from:

  • 4 cups of beans
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • oil

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wash and clean the beans. Mix in garlic powder, oil and black pepper. I did not measure but I would say about  1/2 tsp of garlic powder and about 1 tbsp of oil. All these ingredients can be modified. Add pepper to taste. Spread the beans onto a baking tray.  Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve as a side and enjoy.
