Making waffles into French toast is a quick way to make breakfast for your kid when you run out of bread.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the two eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp of brown sugar, and a dash of cinnamon.

Take the pieces of bread or waffles and dunk them into the eggy mixture. For the bread, you can leave it in the mixture for longer to get a more eggy French toast. For the waffles, don’t dunk too long or it falls apart.
Cook on a well greased griddle or frying pan until both sides are golden brown.

Enjoy with some fresh fruit or berries and maple syrup.
