One of the best things about baking is getting creative with decorating. Its been a long time since I did decorate cupcakes so I was excited to do different. Occasionally, I would make snacks for my department meeting. For this meeting, we were talking about our gardens so I decided to make dirt cupcakes! (Not from real dirt but with Oreo cookie crumbs).

Melt 1 cup of milk chocolate chips in the microwave. I usually only microwave at 10-15 second intervals. Stirring in between each microwave bursts. Do this until the chocolate chips are melted.

Dip the cupcakes into the melted chocolate and then into the Oreo cookie crumbs. The cookie crumbs represents the dirt!

Decorate the cupcakes with gummy worms and enjoy!

• Gummy Worms
