Cheetos Marshmallow Squares

No just let me explain.  I was not drunk when I made this.  So originally I wanted to make candied  Cheetos but I  ended up buying crunchy Cheetos instead of puffs.  So I decided to look for other recipes to make with Cheetos. Well I ended up finding Cheetos Marshmallow squares from this site.  Well of course I had to try them. So I went back to the store and bought a bag of Cheetos puffs.. sigh.  The ingredients were simple and rice crispy squares reminds me of my childhood.

Now everyone knows how to make rice crispy squares: rice crispies, marshmallows and butter.  For this recipe, instead of rice crispies you use cheetos puffs.

Melt the butter and the marshmallow until fully melted.

Add the bag of cheetos.

Mix well and place in a greased pan.

Cool and enjoy. When I first tasted this, I was surprised that it wasn’t as cheesy and I thought. The marshmallow sweetness and the salty cheesiness compliment each other really well. It was slightly chewy and crunchy.  It was actually quite delicious.  This is definitely a great snack to bring on a picnic or appie for a party. I am going to do this again and bring it to a party to see what others think.  Would you try this?Cheetos Marshmallow Squares
