Here we go… another one of my coffee experiments. This wasn’t my favorite experiment but it was pretty interesting.
When I think of Banana Milk, I think of those yellow Milk to Go banana flavored milk. Hmm actually, I wonder how that would taste with coffee. For this recipe, you do need to start with bananas and milk. Choose a ripe banana. A frozen one would work too.
In a blender, blend together, one banana and one cup of milk.
Meanwhile, brew some coffee. I chose to make a cup of drip coffee.
When your coffee is done, pour the banana milk into the coffee. Add some condensed milk for sweetness. I did enjoy this combination. It was almost like a smoothie. You couldn’t really tell that there was banana in it. But to be honest, I liked the avocado coffee combination better.
Banana Milk Coffee
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of milk
- condensed milk or sweetener of your choice
- 1 cup of coffee
To make your banana milk, blend together a ripe banana and milk.
Pour the banana milk into the coffee. Add sweetener if you want. The banana will already add some sweetness.
Enjoy
