Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin

on

Easy recipes are my favourite recipes. I love that this recipe is simple, quick and requires few ingredients. To make this recipe, you will need half a package of bacon, steak spice and pork loin.

Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.  Line a baking tray with aluminum foil  and generously sprinkle steak spice over your pork loin.

Wrap bacon over the pork loin and place into the oven for about an 1 hour. Cooking times will vary depending on thickness. Roast pork until it reaches 140 degrees F when measured with a meat thermometer. To crisp up the bacon, turn the oven to broil and monitor carefully.

When the bacon has become nice and crispy, take it out of the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing it. Enjoy!
