Baked Salmon and Rice

This is an easy dinner idea that my family really enjoys.

Start by making rice. Add some furikake to the rice and mix well. Layer the rice in a baking tray.

Next slice some salmon and layer the salmon on the rice. Heat up the oven to 350 degrees C.

On the salmon add a generous layer of Japanese mayo.

Bake until the salmon is cooked and mayo is golden (about 20 min). Sprinkle some sesame seeds and seaweed before serving. Serve with sheets of seaweed to use as a wrap. Enjoy!
