Blueberry Chia Jam

This 3 ingredient jam is easy, fast, and simple. Eat it on top of toast, pancakes or even ice cream!

In a medium pot, cook the blueberries with the 1/4 cup sugar until the blueberries have broken down. Smash with a fork when the blueberries get soft.

Take the sauce off the stovetop and stir in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Pour into a jar and let it sit in the fridge overnight. The chia seeds will thicken the sauce to make a jam.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Directions
