Honey glazed croissants

I have seen this crispy croissant hack for a while now and thought that it was finally time to try it out. The results was pretty good and definitely was worth trying.

First start off with some store bought croissants.

Flatten the croissants with a rolling pin.

Toast the croissant in a frying pan with some butter. Drizzle a bit of honey.

and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Remove from the heat and the croissant will start to crisp up as it cools. Enjoy this crispy and sweet treat. It is a nice way to eat your leftover croissants. Enjoy.

Flatten your croissants. Add butter to a pan and heat on medium high heat. Toast your croissant in the frying pan by flipping over and pressing flat. Continue to toast your croissant until starts getting light golden brown. Drizzle on some honey on both sides. Allow the honey to thicken and caramelize. Flip and repeat. Serve and enjoy.
