Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows

These chocolate dipped marshmallows are great treats for kids (and adults). They can be eaten alone or used as a stir stick in hot chocolate.

All you need is a cup of milk chocolate chips, sprinkles, lollipop sticks and marshmallows. Begin by melting your chocolate in the microwave. I usually melt the chocolate chips for 10 seconds intervals until the chocolate is nice and smooth.

Put the lollipop sticks into the marshmallows. Swirl the marshmallow in the chocolate and then dip the marshmallow into some sprinkles. I used a red since it is close to Christmas.

Place the dipped marshmallows on some parchment paper and let them cool. I placed mine in the fridge for a couple minutes to let the chocolate set.

Once set, they can be packaged and given as gifts or used in a hot chocolate. Enjoy!
