Corn Milk Latte

I found another coffee recipe that I had to try. It sounded very interesting. To make this latte, you need to make some corn milk. I used canned corn. I tried my best to find canned corn without sugar. Wow it was challenging.

You first need to blend together the corn, milk and condensed milk in a blender.

Bring this mixture to a simmer and then allow to cool. I chilled this mixture overnight.

Serve this milk with a shot of espresso and milk froth. The corn flavor was very mild. It gave a nice creamy taste. The corn milk on its own was pretty interesting. Like a sweet corn soup. Did I like this? Yes it was nice, but I don’t think I would do this again.

If you like trying different coffee recipes like me, I hope you try this one. Enjoy.
