There have been so many low carb/gluten free recipes out there that I needed to try some. I am sure something new and hey maybe I will actually like some of these recipes. I came across this recipe from Katy from One Day One Recipe that I follow on youtube. She say it is like Brioche Bread and if you know me and my family, we love Brioche Bread. Well I tried it.
For this recipe, you will need eggs, milk powder and baking powder.

First you will need to beat the eggs until fluffy. Then add in the milk powder and baking powder and mix until you get a smooth batter.

To this batter you can add chocolate chips if you want.

Then pour these into greased baking tins.

Bake in a 350-375 Degree F oven for about 15 minutes until the tops get nice and golden.

These buns turned out ok. It did taste quite a bit like powdered milk, and because I didn’t add the chocolate chips it didn’t have any other flavor. The bread was a lot denser then traditional Brioche but still surprisingly fluffy. I thought this recipe was pretty creative and super easy to make. My son even ate one bun himself (but he did top it with chocolate chips). I think if I had to make this again, I would try adding a little butter to it and maybe some herbs. It would be great sliced and toasted. Would you try this?
