Parmesan Orzo Pasta

This is an easy Orzo pasta if you are looking for a quick dinner.

In a frying pan, add olive and cook the minced garlic for 2 minutes until you can see it starting to brown.

Add 2 cups Orzo, 2 1/2 cup water, 1 cube chicken boullion, 1 cup milk and 1 tbsp butter. Cook for 20 minutes on medium-low or until  Orzo is soft. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese and 1/4 cup corn niblets.

Heat until everything is warmed up! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cups Orzo
  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cube boullion
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup corn niblets
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions

  4. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese and 1/4 cup corn niblets.
  5. Heat until everything is melted and corn is warmed up.
  6. Enjoy!
