Rice Cooker Mango Sticky Rice

on

I discovered that my rice cooker had a setting for sweet rice and wanted to try to make Mango Sticky Rice!

First I soaked 1 cup of rice for 10 minutes in cool water. Then I placed the rice, 1 can coconut milk and 1/4 cup of sugar in a rice cooker. Set the rice cooker to cook on low (or use the sweet rice setting). Let the rice sit in the rice cooker for 30 minutes after the rice is finished. This will allow the rice to completely absorb all the water.

Serve with sliced mangos and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
