French Toast Bake with leftover bread

My son has been wanting sandwiches for the last couple weeks. I’m left with the ends of the loaf and not knowing what to do with them. I decided to keep them in the freezer till I had enough and make a French Toast Bake.

Tear or cut the leftover bread and place it into a baking pan. In a separate bowl, mix together the cup of milk, 4 eggs, 3/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon.

Pour mixture onto bread and wait until bread has absorbed the liquid. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
