This is a simple breakfast you can make with just a few ingredients. Its also a great way to get rid of leftover apples and frozen strawberries.
Defrost puff pastry according to directions on the package. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut up 1 medium apple and place it into a saucepan with 1 cup of strawberries. Add 2 tablespoons of honey or sweetener. Adjust sweetness if strawberries are more sour. Cook apples and strawberries until apples are soft.
On a baking sheet, cut lines in your puff pastry. Spread some cream cheese in the middle of the pastry. Pour strawberry and apple mixture into the middle of the puff pastry and fold pastry into itself to make a braid.
Place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
