Chocolate Orange Mousse

on

This has to be one of the easiest recipes that I have tried. And it only takes two ingredients; chocolate and orange juice.

I think this recipe works because of the dark chocolate that is used. I have not tried it with other chocolate.

Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Add sugar to sweeten if you are using unsweetened chocolate. Slowly mix in the orange juice. The chocolate will slowly thicken.

Keep adding the orange juice and mix well. The chocolate will combine with the orange juice to create a thick mixture. Add more sugar if needed.

Pour the chocolate into containers and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.

The mousse will firm up and get nice and fluffy.

The chocolate was nice and light and there was a hint of fruity orange flavor. I would try this recipe again and try other juices. Enjoy.
