Sherry Braised Ribs

I always love looking for ways to use up leftovers. This time I had some leftover Sherry from a party. I decided to make some Sherry Braised Ribs.

Cut carrots and onion and place it in an instant pot. Add the rest of the ingredients into the instant pot. For salt, I used mushroom salt but regular sea salt works fine.

Turn on the instant pot to the cook meat setting. Or if your pot does not have that setting, set the instant pot for 1 hour. Let the instant cool and serve your ribs over some mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup Sherry
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tablespoon thyme

Directions
