Cashew Cream Cheese

Cutting out cheese and dairy has been really tough but creating alternatives that work is easier than you think. This is a simple Cashew Cream Cheese that still has the creamy taste you want. It doesn’t replace cream cheese but satisfies your craving.

Start by soaking your cashews for at least 3 hours. Overnight is preferred. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Blend with a food processor. Add a bit of water to help with the blending. This is a great spread on toast! Enjoy
